Weekends❣

Everything in this universe ultimately comes to rest. A man sleeps when it is night, animals take rest, even the rivers merge with the sea, finally science also supports the statement that every moving object comes to rest. After a hectic day we go to sleep. After a routine week,we relax on Saturdays and sundays. After long schedules,we plan vacations to get sometime for ourselves . Even God the Creator, took rest on the 7th day . For me,the best part of the week are weekends . The thought of entering into Saturday fills me with unknown excitement and happiness of having a fruitful week and the plans of having some “me” time for the next one day or two. I spend my weekend for spiritual, physical, relational and mental growth. I go to the church , I spend some time with family and friends, I take care of my physical requirements and relax for sometime. Having a good weekend refreshes me for a better week ahead. It gives me the push to work harder the next week. Better the weekend, best the next week. This is how my weekends are spent. How do you spend your best times ? Do comment and let me know!!!

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is an art. It is a universal language which people can experience and taste its greatness. Every photograph has an emotion involved in it. I’ve recently developed the taste for photography and it feels great to have done so. Photography is that art which stores / contains all our memories without letting them go. It helps you ponder the memories of people who are really close to your heart. They keep you motivated, they inspire you, they captivate you every time you look at them. Art is in every corner and photography is at every place and everywhere. I’m really enjoying my journey with photography and hope to do so more frequently and with much more confidence, grace and passion. BECAUSE EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY

Mom & Co.

It was 5.30 on a good holiday evening. I was on my bed browsing through the internet. As I was scrolling through the YouTube, suddenly a thumbnail attracted me . It was a webseries named MOM & CO. I watched it and was awestruck by the way the series went. The cast of the series were Neelima Azim as Suhasini mother of Aditya ,Ayush Mehra as Aditya , Shreya Gupto as Shreya. Mom & Co. revolves around the life of mother and son. It clearly reflects the broken relationship among many mothers and the young children. Suhasini is the character of a mother craving to fulfill the needs of her child irrespective of the child’s reciprocation of her love. Aditya is a software employee who gets fired by the company. The series takes you through a rollercoaster ride when the son and mother duo venture into a new business project . The series is about how doubting and misunderstanding people can lead to major mishaps. The plot takes you through a ride of emotions between mother and her son. The cast did an amazing job and needless to say Neelima Ji and Ayush pulled it off with ease. This is one of the wonderful series I’ve ever seen. It is a must see for all who underestimate the love of their parents.

PEER PRESSURE

The pressure among the people of the same age group to act as somebody they are not and compromise on their values to be valued by their counterparts is called the peer pressure. They are always coerced to be acceptable in the sight of their fellow mates. This mental stress is generally seen more in youth compared to other age groups. In this modern age, peers often get influenced by others to change their attitudes, morals and their behavior so as to attain a place in the group. Peers have a common habit of imitating their favourites often losing their individuality. They develop a sense of competitiveness which can either make or break a person. Each individual is unique in their own way and the society should let that individual grow instead of compelling them to walk in footsteps of others. Some aspire to be like the most successful people often yielding good fruits. So let every pressure you undergo be transformed into a positive note .

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
